Utility electric bikes for the way your day unfolds
A useful e-bike has to match more than the ride to work. The grocery stop, an extra bag and the route home can all be part of the same trip. Our utility electric bikes give those jobs three clear paths: DUO for shared trips and everyday cargo, SummitRide for longer rounds of errands, and AmpTrail for carrying gear across a mix of paved and unpaved routes.
DUO: make room for the people and things you bring
If a weekday ride includes groceries and a weekend ride includes a passenger, the DUO utility e-bike brings those plans together with an integrated rear rack and passenger-ready setup. The rack's mounting points let you choose compatible carrying accessories for the job, while a low-step frame makes repeated stops easier when the bike is loaded. Change from a grocery-carrying setup to compatible passenger seating as the outing changes.
SummitRide: keep a longer day of stops moving
Some utility rides cover far more than a single commute: work, errands and the trip back can all happen before the next charge. The SummitRide long-range e-bike has a large standard battery and optional range extender, making it our long-distance choice on this page. Its rack works with compatible carrying gear, so you can plan a workday route that includes a bag or groceries as well as the miles between stops.
AmpTrail: bring gear onto mixed-surface routes
If the ride to your destination includes paved streets and gravel or other permitted unpaved paths, the AmpTrail utility e-bike combines wide tires with mounting options for a front rack and panniers. That makes it our utility choice when riding with gear extends beyond city pavement. Its mounting points let you spread gear between a compatible front rack and rear panniers rather than placing everything in one bag.
Pick the carrying setup before you pick the bike
A passenger seat, grocery bags and a delivery bag place different demands on a bike. Choose DUO when shared rides or rear-rack carrying lead the plan; choose SummitRide when a full day of stops calls for more battery capacity; choose AmpTrail when your gear needs to travel across mixed surfaces. For any setup, count the rider and everything carried against the bike's total load limit, and check the rack's separate limit for what sits on it. Our carrying accessories include racks and panniers for compatible TLG setups, so the bike and the way you carry items can be planned together.
