Can I make address/order modifications?

How to check the status of my order?

To find details about your order, please log in to your TLG account and proceed to the order section. Within this section, you'll be able to view the fulfillment status of each order. For tracking information on a fulfilled order, simply click on the corresponding order number.

When will I receive my refund?

Once our warehouse has received your shipment, please allow our team 10-15 business days to process your return before issuing a refund to your original payment method. We'll keep you informed via email regarding the progress of your return every step of the way!
