The 14-day return policy allows you to return e-bike products within 14 days of receipt if you buy them through our official website, TLGMOBILITY.COM. To initiate a return, please make sure to contact TLG customer service within this 14-day period, provide proof of purchase, and submit photos showing the products in their original, resellable condition. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all items included. In cases where a return or exchange is due to personal reasons and the item is free from any pre-existing damage or warranty issues, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, a $200 restocking fee will be incurred. For further details, please refer to our return and exchange policy.

Our e-bikes can get serviced at most bike shops since most of the components can be found on the market. If you need help with the motor, battery, display, sensor, light, or controller, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. We will help you diagnose the issue, and send you the needed replacement parts, together with a video installation guide. You can get it installed at a trust-worthy local bike shop, and we will reimburse you for the cost during the warranty.
